Shipping Policy

At Enset, we process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays when our warehouse is closed.
We are excited to offer FREE ground shipping for orders over $30 within the contiguous United States (48 states). For all other locations and shipping methods, fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination, and will be displayed prior to checkout.
All non-custom made product orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, with a 3 PM EST cut-off for same-day processing. For personalized product orders, please allow up to 48 hours for preparation and shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is ready for shipping.
We use USPS, UPS, or DHL for shipping, with US transit times typically ranging from 1 to 5 business days, and longer for international orders. Please contact us for further inquiries.
If you need to cancel your order due to a mistake or change of mind, please contact us at support@rosineer.com as soon as possible, and we will cancel it before shipping. If your request comes after processing and shipping, the order will be treated as a return. Note that customized merchandise and special orders are non-returnable. For details, see our Return Policy.
We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
