At Enset, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Attention to design, safety, construction, and materials are our priority. When you receive your order, please inspect the products and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Please include all supporting information that may be relevant to process the refund.
After we receive the unwanted merchandise, we will process the refund. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be posted on your bank account. Returns with original receipts will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt.
Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping. If you are returning a defective product or product that was damaged in transit, we will assume the cost of of the return. In all other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping. Please also note, if a customer cancels his/her order after it has been shipped out or on delivery, we will not refund the shipping cost since it has already been spent. If the shipping carrier returns the purchased product back to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, we will either issue a refund excluding shipping and handling fee or re-ship the order by charging an additional shipping fee. If the package is shipped via UPS, and we are charged for an address correction, we will in turn charge you.
We are not responsible for lost packages because of an incorrect or incomplete address. No refunds will be issued in such a case.
All replacement products are shipped with the standard delivery unless a rush delivery is requested with the original order.
