WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We offer our customers several convenient payment options that includes most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal for your convenience.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING COSTS?
We provide free ground shipping on orders of $30 or above within the contiguous United States. For all other orders, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination of your order. To view your shipping charges, simply add items to your cart, select shipping method, and enter your shipping address; the fee will be calculated and shown to you before you can finalize and pay for your order.

We ship our orders via UPS, USPS, and DHL.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

WILL I BE UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Absolutely! You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see it in your Inbox after a few minutes, please check your Spam folder. If it’s still not there, feel free to reach out to our customer representative at cs@enset.com. This email will also be used to inform you about any significant updates regarding your order status, including tracking information, shipping and delivery confirmations. We may also reach out to you if we have additional questions about your shipping address or product selection.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately at cs@enset.com. Please note that if you cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, it will be treated as an unopened item return. For more information, kindly review our Return Policy page.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, we do accept returns of unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.
